FEFCO publishes new models for corrugated cardboard boxes

The European Federation of Corrugated Cardboard Manufacturers (FEFCO) has published new design models in its catalogue of cartons and cartons.

The FEFCO code is an internationally recognized system for the classification of corrugated cardboard boxes. The FEFCO library contains different designs of the most common box types with a numerical code attached to each design, simplifying the identification process.

This library or catalog of codes was developed in the 1960s by FEFCO and ESBO (formerly ASSCO) as a numerical model with code to avoid confusion when communicating in different languages. The current is the 12th edition, expanded with the development of new designs.

The continuous development of new boxes of corrugated cardboard turns impossible describe them all in this catalogue. Other styles, along with custom designs to meet specific requirements, may always be possible.
