The corrugated cardboard industry has focused its efforts on producing more while consuming less. Modern forestry techniques (long-cycle agriculture) have allowed European forests to grow by more than 10% in the 1980s. This is very significant, since 90% of the wood used for paper comes from European forests. Only 1% to 2% comes from tropical areas, since these timbers are mostly not suitable for paper production.

Cardboard boxes are made from recycled material and have a life cycle of up to 25 uses. Manufacturing processes are optimized for each product to save raw materials and reduce paper waste. The energy costs and carbon footprint arising from manufacturing processes are minimal thanks to our energy self-sufficiency.
