Frequently asked questions

Which product details matter?

Measure the base and total height including decoration. Describe piece count, spacing and storage and transport conditions to assess the base, dividers and opening.

How should I specify dimensions?

Provide internal length, width and height, allowing for wrappers, bases and accessories. Specify if you supply external dimensions or measurements from an existing box.

How do I calculate height for a decorated cake?

Measure from the base to the highest decoration and allow the required clearance. Include the base diameter, which may exceed the cake diameter.

Can bases and dividers be added?

Yes, bases and dividers can be assessed for the format. For cupcakes, state piece count and each piece’s diameter.

Are all formats self-assembly?

Die-cut self-assembly formats are considered for individual pieces and trays, with flap boxes for larger groupings. Assembly depends on the chosen format.

Is there a minimum quantity and a fixed price?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume.

When is the lead time confirmed?

The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.
