How to specify your packaging
No ESD performance is specified. If the component is sensitive to electrostatic discharge, provide its requirements so appropriate protection can be assessed. Allow room for internal protection and avoid contact or pressure on the screen. Share the device geometry and delicate areas.
Material and design to suit the application
- Device and accessory dimensions.
- Weight and fragile areas.
- Internal separation and surface protection.
- Artwork and screen printing to discuss.
Before manufacture, we review the format, material and required conditions with you. Approving a drawing or sample helps clarify dimensions, assembly and finish.
Information needed for your quote
Provide quantity, product details, dimensions or a drawing, weight and the intended operating process. Include printing requirements, destination and preferred date. A sample of your current packaging helps define the format and any changes needed.
