A format suited to your bottles

Corrugated cardboard boxes for grouping 1 to 12 wine bottles, with optional internal dividers. Formats for 1, 2 or 3 bottles are die-cut and self-assembly. For other quantities, confirm the design, closure and bottle arrangement before manufacture.

Frequently asked questions

Are all boxes for 1 to 12 bottles self-assembly?

Die-cut self-assembly designs are specified for 1, 2 or 3 bottles. For other quantities up to 12, confirm the design and closure rather than assuming one system across the range.

Can I group bottles of different wines?

A mixed pack can be assessed, but provide dimensions and weight for each bottle type. Equal nominal volume does not mean equal diameter or height.

What are the optional dividers for?

They separate bottles inside the packaging. Their design must suit the chosen arrangement and transport; dividers alone do not replace assessment of the complete pack.

How does local delivery differ from courier shipping?

State whether the pack will be handed over in a shop, transported as grouped freight or sent through a courier network. This helps assess cardboard, closure and protection for the actual journey and bottle weight.

Which measurements should I send?

Send the height and maximum diameter of each bottle, including its cap, and the number per package. If supplying box measurements, specify whether they are internal or external.

Can I customise the printing?

Ask about options for the chosen format. Send artwork, panels to be printed and quantity so feasibility can be confirmed.

What are the price, minimum order and lead time?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume. The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.

How to choose this bottle packaging

Defining the wine pack and journey

A single gift box and a grouped bottle pack require different decisions. Define which wine references will travel together and confirm the design for the requested quantity.

  • Specify bottles per box within the range of 1 to 12.
  • For mixed packs, provide dimensions for every bottle and assess dividers.
  • Confirm closure, packed weight and journey: shop handover, distribution or courier.

Customisation and quotations

Ask about dimensions, design and printing options for this format. Send your logo or artwork and identify the panels to be printed. For a quote, include packaging quantity, bottle dimensions, bottles per package, total weight, destination and preferred date. Material, closure and printing options are confirmed when the order is assessed.
