A format suited to your bottles

Made from corrugated cardboard, these boxes can be adapted to the bottles and fitted with internal dividers. Designs for 1, 2 or 3 bottles are die-cut and self-assembly; for 6 or 12 bottles, American-style flap boxes closed with tape can be considered.

Frequently asked questions

When does the box format change?

Die-cut self-assembly designs are offered for 1, 2 or 3 bottles. American-style flap boxes closed with tape can be assessed for 6 or 12 bottles.

Are dividers included in every design?

Dividers are an option to agree in the order. Provide bottle quantity and dimensions to assess their arrangement and the space required by the dividers.

Is this a hexagonal water box?

This range groups bottles using optional dividers and self-assembly or flap designs. For six-sided presentation, consult the hexagonal water boxes.

Which printing method should I request?

Describe the artwork, panels and quantity when enquiring. Confirm with the team whether flexography or screen printing is appropriate for the requested format before preparing final artwork.

Which measurements should I send?

Send the height and maximum diameter of each bottle, including its cap, and the number per package. If supplying box measurements, specify whether they are internal or external.

How much weight can it hold?

Capacity must be assessed for the specific design and cardboard. Provide total packed weight and handling and stacking conditions; there is no universal load rating.

What are the price, minimum order and lead time?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume. The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.

How to choose this bottle packaging

Choosing small packs or grouped boxes

Bottle quantity affects assembly: define the pack first, then its internal arrangement. Assess dividers together with box dimensions.

  • For 1, 2 or 3 bottles: review the die-cut design and its fit.
  • For 6 or 12: assess the flap design and taping requirements.
  • With dividers: confirm separation, usable space and compatibility with each bottle.

Customisation and quotations

Ask about dimensions, design and printing options for this format. Send your logo or artwork and identify the panels to be printed. For a quote, include packaging quantity, bottle dimensions, bottles per package, total weight, destination and preferred date. Material, closure and printing options are confirmed when the order is assessed.
