Group and prepare food supplement orders with cardboard boxes sized for already closed product containers. FX Sanmartí assesses outer packaging for tubs, bottles, sealed sachets and packs, taking account of dimensions, weight and protection. The shipping box does not replace the container holding the supplement. We manufacture custom production runs for businesses and brands, with project-specific minimum orders and special pricing for large quantities.

Outer packaging for tubs, cartons and product packs

Self-assembly boxes use folds and interlocking tabs to form the packaging and hold its parts together. The model shown on this page is designed to close without adhesive tape. Before choosing it, check that its format, strength and closure suit the product and its transport requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Can the supplement touch the cardboard directly?

This page proposes outer packaging for already packaged products. It is not presented as primary packaging or declared suitable for direct contact with the contents.

Which measurements are needed for tubs?

Provide diameter, height including the lid and number of tubs per box. Include total weight and room for dividers or protection.

Can different containers be combined?

A layout for mixed products can be assessed. Provide the dimensions and weight of each container.

Does the box maintain a particular temperature or humidity?

No such properties are claimed for these boxes. Communicate any specific product conditions so that the overall packaging and transport can be assessed.

Can the boxes be customised?

Ask about dimensions and flexographic printing. Share the artwork and printing faces so the options can be confirmed.

What are the minimum order and price?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume.

What is the usual lead time?

The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.

How to choose your boxes

Production runs, minimum orders and large volumes

We work with manufacturers, brands and businesses requiring production runs of custom boxes for product presentation, warehousing and distribution. Minimum orders depend on size, format and printing. Special pricing is available for large quantities. Provide the total volume, quantities for each version and expected replenishment so we can prepare a proposal.

An outer box for products already in their containers

Start with the complete container, including lids, seals and cartons. The solution is assessed for grouping or transporting those containers, without assigning preservation, barrier or direct-content-contact properties to the cardboard. Specify any glass containers or items sensitive to impact.

Internal layout and order weight

State the number of units per box and whether sizes will be mixed. For cylindrical containers, provide diameter and height; for cartons, length, width and height. Inserts or dividers are assessed to limit movement and separate containers. Total packed weight is needed when selecting the board.

Packs, printing and quotation details

Ask about formats for single-unit orders, mixed product packs or retail replenishment. Share artwork if you require flexographic printing. For a quote, provide quantities per format, dimensions, total weight, destination and protection needs; communicate any additional storage or transport requirements explicitly.
