Features and manufacturing options

We manufacture corrugated cardboard covered with polyester film for packaging requiring assessment of moisture or light protection. Boxes, folders and other formats can be considered according to the product and environment.

Frequently asked questions

Which material is used?

Corrugated cardboard combined with polyester film. Confirm the composition and finish suitable for the application.

Does it provide a complete barrier?

A complete barrier to water, vapour or light must not be assumed. Performance depends on the material, folds, edges and closure.

Can it be used for flowers?

Flower boxes can be assessed. Describe moisture exposure and any inner container; do not assume the box can hold water without another container.

Is it suitable for food or chemicals?

Intended contact, primary packaging and compatibility requirements must be confirmed. Lamination alone does not establish food-contact suitability or chemical resistance.

What information is needed for a quote?

Provide quantity, dimensions or a drawing, product details, weight and operating conditions. Include printing, destination and your preferred date so a proposal can be prepared.

Is there a minimum quantity and a fixed price?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume.

When can the order be manufactured and delivered?

The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.
