A format suited to your bottles

Corrugated cardboard packaging adapted to cava bottle dimensions, with optional dividers. Formats for 1, 2 or 3 bottles are die-cut and self-assembly. Formats for 6 or 12 bottles are American-style flap boxes requiring tape for closure.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use wine box dimensions for cava?

Do not assume the fit is the same. Provide actual cava bottle measurements, including shoulders, stopper and capsule; containers with the same volume may require different space.

Which closure applies to each quantity?

Designs for 1, 2 or 3 bottles are die-cut and self-assembly. Designs for 6 or 12 are American-style flap boxes requiring tape for closure.

How should a divided bottle pack be planned?

Ask about optional dividers when defining the bottle arrangement. Check that spacing and usable height allow bottles to be inserted and removed without forcing their capsules.

Can I pack cava straight from refrigeration?

Tell us whether bottles will be chilled or subject to condensation. Cardboard and finish suitability must be confirmed for those conditions; the format does not imply water resistance.

Which measurements should I send?

Send the height and maximum diameter of each bottle, including its cap, and the number per package. If supplying box measurements, specify whether they are internal or external.

Can I customise the printing?

Ask about options for the chosen format. Send artwork, panels to be printed and quantity so feasibility can be confirmed.

What are the price, minimum order and lead time?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume. The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.

How to choose this bottle packaging

From a single cava gift to a grouped pack

Start with the actual cava bottle profile, including its top. Alongside bottle quantity, distinguish gift presentation from preparing a delivery or storing stock.

  • Check maximum diameter, height, stopper and capsule.
  • Distinguish self-assembly designs for 1 to 3 bottles from flap formats for 6 or 12.
  • Flag chilled bottles or humid conditions for the pack.

Customisation and quotations

Ask about dimensions, design and printing options for this format. Send your logo or artwork and identify the panels to be printed. For a quote, include packaging quantity, bottle dimensions, bottles per package, total weight, destination and preferred date. Material, closure and printing options are confirmed when the order is assessed.
