Quality

Features and manufacturing options

We manufacture packaging for automotive parts in different sizes, from screws and washers to wheels, engines and motorcycles. The format and reinforcements are assessed against the part, its weight and how it will be handled.

Frequently asked questions

Can engines or motorcycles be packed?

Large boxes can be assessed for these applications. Weight, supports, restraint and handling equipment must be specified; cardboard alone does not establish a load rating.

Which formats suit medium-sized parts?

American-style flap boxes or die-cut formats can be assessed for wheels, mirrors and other components, with protection matched to their shape.

Do you offer packaging for fasteners?

Yes, small boxes and corrugated cardboard shelf bins. Provide shelf opening dimensions and the weight of parts in each bin.

Are all the boxes self-assembly?

Assembly depends on the design. Confirm whether the selected format requires interlocking tabs, tape or another closure, and whether reinforcement is needed.

What information is needed for a quote?

Provide quantity, dimensions or a drawing, product details, weight and operating conditions. Include printing, destination and your preferred date so a proposal can be prepared.

Is there a minimum quantity and a fixed price?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume.

When can the order be manufactured and delivered?

The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.

Formats and reinforcement for each component

  • Part dimensions and weight.
  • Delicate areas, edges and support points.
  • Single, double or triple-wall cardboard according to the project.
  • Flap box, die-cut design or shelf bin.

Before manufacture, we review the format, material and required conditions with you. Approving a drawing or sample helps clarify dimensions, assembly and finish.
