A format suited to your bottles

Corrugated cardboard carriers for grouping and carrying beer bottles. The cutting die is adapted to the bottle format, with shape and flexographic printing options. They are self-assembly and close without adhesives; weight and handling requirements must be checked for each design.

Frequently asked questions

Do the carriers need adhesive for assembly?

They are self-assembly and close without adhesives. Check the die-cut folds and interlocking parts before preparing the bottle packs.

How is the carrier adapted to my bottles?

A cutting die is assessed against bottle dimensions and pack quantity. For mixed varieties, provide every bottle profile and weight to check compatibility with the same design.

What should I check for carrying it by hand?

Confirm the design’s grip point, bottle positions and total weight. Carrying suitability must be assessed for the specific design; no maximum load should be assumed.

Can I send the carrier directly by courier?

A carrier for presenting and carrying bottles is not by itself a shipping box. Ask about the outer packaging, retention and protection needed for the courier journey.

Which measurements should I send?

Send the height and maximum diameter of each bottle, including its cap, and the number per package. If supplying box measurements, specify whether they are internal or external.

Can I customise the printing?

Ask about options for the chosen format. Send artwork, panels to be printed and quantity so feasibility can be confirmed.

What are the price, minimum order and lead time?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume. The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.

How to choose this bottle packaging

Defining the carrier and handover

The carrier groups bottles in a presentation pack and supports handling when its design suits the contents. Assess the die-cut design using actual bottles and distinguish a take-home purchase from courier shipping.

  • Specify bottles per carrier, their profiles and total pack weight.
  • Review adhesive-free assembly and the design’s grip point.
  • For courier shipping, assess outer packaging and protection; for chilling, confirm material suitability.

Customisation and quotations

Ask about dimensions, design and printing options for this format. Send your logo or artwork and identify the panels to be printed. For a quote, include packaging quantity, bottle dimensions, bottles per package, total weight, destination and preferred date. Material, closure and printing options are confirmed when the order is assessed.
