Custom shoe boxes for footwear manufacturers, brands, distributors and retail chains. We develop self-assembly designs with integrated lids or separate base-and-lid formats for presenting, warehousing and distributing footwear with your brand identity. Each project is tailored to product dimensions, size references and production volume.

Custom packaging for footwear manufacturers and brands

Self-assembly boxes use folds and interlocking tabs to form the packaging and hold its parts together. The model shown on this page is designed to close without adhesive tape. Before choosing it, check that its format, strength and closure suit the product and its transport requirements.

Frequently asked questions

How does this shoe box close?

Depending on the design, an integrated lid folds over and closes with tuck tabs, or a separate lid is placed over the base. The fit is confirmed for the selected design.

Which dimensions are needed for one pair?

Measure the pair arranged as it will be packed, including tissue, separation or accessories: the complete length, width and height.

Can printing vary by size or model?

Ask about printing sizes, references and branding. Specify each version and its quantity so manufacture can be assessed.

Can this box be sent directly by courier?

The closure, weight and handling need assessment. Depending on the shipment, outer protection or an additional closure may be needed.

Can the boxes be customised?

Ask about dimensions and flexographic printing. Share the artwork and printing faces so the options can be confirmed.

What are the minimum order and price?

We manufacture custom boxes for businesses, with minimum orders depending on size, format and project specifications. Special pricing is available for large quantities; request a proposal based on your business requirements and order volume.

What is the usual lead time?

The usual lead time is 2 to 3 days after the project is approved.

How to choose your boxes

Production runs, minimum orders and large volumes

We work with manufacturers, brands and businesses requiring production runs of custom boxes for product presentation, warehousing and distribution. Minimum orders depend on size, format and printing. Special pricing is available for large quantities. Provide the total volume, quantities for each version and expected replenishment so we can prepare a proposal.

Separate base and lid

You can also ask about a two-piece design: a base holding the pair and a separate lid covering the opening and fitting over the outer walls. The lid needs suitable clearance so it can be fitted and removed without distorting the base. The images include an example with the lid beside the box.

One integrated hinged lid

The tray takes shape through the folds and locking tabs of the die-cut design. Its lid stays attached at the rear and folds over the whole opening, with tuck tabs engaging the structure. This design differs from regular slotted cartons with four top flaps. The assembly sequence and closure details are agreed for the selected design.

Dimensions for footwear types and sizes

Arrange the pair as it will sit inside the box and measure the complete length, width and height. Allow space for presentation tissue, separation and accessories without pressing on the footwear or allowing excessive movement. Boots, larger sizes and children’s footwear may need different dimensions. A sample allows the fit to be checked before manufacture.

Brand printing and size references

Ask about flexographic printing for logos, graphic motifs, sizes or model references. Specify printing faces, colours and quantities for each version. The images are illustrative examples: design, board and finishes are confirmed in the quotation.

Retail presentation and courier shipments

A shoe presentation box and transport protection serve different purposes. For courier shipments, provide weight and expected handling and state whether outer packaging or an additional closure is needed. A tuck lid is not assumed sufficient for every shipment.
