The current trend in the supply of wood for the manufacture of paper is the cultivation of fast growing trees (eucalyptus, pine, radiata ...). Fast-growing species play an important environmental role, as they absorb four times more carbon dioxide than slow-growing species. Today more than 80% of the paper used to make corrugated paper has been recycled.
